Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
All the jewellery are Hand-crafted and are unique in design. All the jewellery are handcrafted and are studded with semi-precious stones they may have slight irregularities or imperfections, These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process. These handcrafted products are all one of a kind, just like you and me.
No returns or exchange are allowed.
We do not accept return/exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel.
All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
Customised orders cannot be cancelled, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.

Estimated time of delivery depends on the address and the mode of payment. Average delivery time is 10 to 15 business working days if the product is readily available.
Shipping across India is free for orders above 10,000/- And orders below 9,999/-. Shipping charge at 99/- will be added.
Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The products will be shipped according to the product availability and its warehouse location.
Shipping Information -International Orders

For International orders, the time of delivery varies with each country and their import and customs regulations. (Average delivery time 25-40 Business working days). P.S. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered Working days.
Priority shipping will take an average delivery time of 15-25 days.
For International orders, Emmadi Silver Jewellery is not liable in case of delay in the customs clearance process, delay in logistics due to flight unavailability at the logistics end or any other unforeseen circumstances.
International shipping charges start from Rs.4500 to Rs.6000 depending on the country, payment mode, Order value and import and customs regulations.
We provide free International shipping for orders valued above Rs. 2.5 Lakh. Friends and family members can club together and place a single bulk order to avail of this benefit.
Note: Import Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
All International shipments are packed after a quality check by Customs officials in India and are packed under the live supervision of the customs department. The consignment will be inspected, scanned and checked for jewellery using an X-ray and signed by the Customs department of India.
International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
General Information

Any sold out product (Made on Order), if it can be manufactured again it will take 30-45 Business working days of additional manufacturing time. The delivery can be done only after the product is manufactured and is ready to be dispatched.
Any custom design product will take 45-60 days to manufacture. So the delivery can be done only when the product is ready to be dispatched.
